BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
TOUR TIMING, ITINERARY & CELLAR DOOR POLICY
Departure Times: Full-day itineraries featuring 4 winery stops and a sit-down regional lunch require a 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM departure.
Operating Hours: Cellar doors across McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley operate between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Standard schedules allocate 60 minutes per winery and 90 minutes for lunch.
Late Departures: Groups electing to start after 9:30 AM will be limited to a maximum of 3 wineries plus lunch to respect venue closing times and maintain a comfortable pacing.
Pacing & Availability: All venue visits are pre-booked. Specific winery selections are subject to cellar door availability; equivalent premium alternatives will be provided if a requested venue is fully booked.

* **More than 14 days notice:** Full refund of your deposit, minus a $50 administrative and handling fee.

* **Less than 7 days notice:** 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable (due to venue booking commitments and driver allocation).
* **Less than 48 hours notice or No-Show:** 100% of the total tour cost is forfeited.

* We ask that all guests enjoy their day responsibly. SA Wine Tours | Arock Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour early if passenger behavior becomes unsafe.
