Every custom quote is calculated using a straightforward formula tailored to premium regional travel:

  • Base Booking Fee: A flat $25 to cover pristine vehicle preparation, real-time flight tracking, and scheduling.

  • Distance Rate: A fixed rate of $2.20 per kilometre for the most direct route from your pickup to your destination.

  • Adelaide Airport Pickups: Includes the standard airport chauffeur lane access fee and up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time while you collect your luggage.

⏱️ After-Hours Travel: Trips scheduled between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM and Trips Between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM incur a flat after-hours surcharge of $30 to account for late-night and early-morning operations.
